These terms apply to your use of https://elevate-dispensary.com/ and to every order you place with Elevate Weed Delivery, a cannabis retailer licensed by the California Department of Cannabis Control under license number C10-0000031-LIC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order from us.
You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, or 18 or older with a valid government ID and a current physician recommendation for medical cannabis. You must be physically located in California at a residential or other private address within our delivery zone at the time of delivery. We do not deliver to public places, schools, hotels, vehicles or anywhere else the law does not permit.
Our driver will check your ID in person before handing over the order. If the ID is missing, expired, does not match the name on the order, or the person receiving the order appears intoxicated, the driver will not complete the delivery and the order will be cancelled. We may charge a restocking fee for orders refused at the door for these reasons.
Every order is an offer to buy, which we accept when the driver hands you the products. Until then we can cancel for any reason, including a product being out of stock, a pricing mistake on the site, a problem verifying your identity or age, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we will tell you and you will not be charged.
Prices, deals and menu availability can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, including tax, at the time you confirm the order. California law caps the amount of cannabis an adult can buy in a single day (currently 28.5 grams of flower and 8 grams of concentrate for adult use, with higher limits for medical patients). Our checkout enforces these limits and we cannot override them.
We accept cash and debit cards at the door. Please have the exact amount or close to it if paying cash; drivers carry limited change. Sales tax and the state cannabis excise tax are added at checkout. We absorb the local city tax so it is not added as a separate line.
Cannabis is a regulated product and by law we cannot take back an item once it has left our custody, so all sales are final. The exceptions are a defective product (for example a vape cartridge that does not work) or a mistake on our part such as the wrong item in the bag. In those cases contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion. We do not refund for taste, potency or effect, since those vary from person to person.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, place repeated refused orders, or are used to buy on behalf of someone who is not eligible.
Points accrue at 10 per dollar spent on product (not tax) and can be redeemed in blocks of 1,250 for $5 off. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are forfeited if an account is closed. We may change or end the program with notice on this site.
The text, photos, logo and other content on this site belong to Elevate or the brands we carry. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to scrape it, to attempt to interfere with it, or to place orders for resale.
Cannabis products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They can impair your ability to drive or operate machinery, may be habit forming, and should not be used by people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep all products away from children and pets. Nothing on this site is medical advice; talk to a doctor if you have questions about using cannabis with a health condition or medication. It is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines.
To the extent California law allows, Elevate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County. If a problem comes up, please call us first; most issues are sorted out in a five-minute conversation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the new version.
